This class is perfect for anyone seeking balance in the body and mind, while building strength and flexibility. Let’s bring more balance to the world — starting with ourselves About the teacher: Vanoosheh is a RYT 500 yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in self-awareness, mindful movement, and emotional balance. Having started yoga to heal her own chronic physical pain and emotional fatigue, she now guides others with compassion and clarity through their own journeys. Her classes blend strength and softness, helping students reconnect with their bodies and breathe more freely in life—on and off the mat. We are a nonprofit community, and our school is supported by teachers who give their classes for free.
