About the teacher: Jack, a former chronic pain sufferer, turned to holistic methods like yoga, meditation, and subconscious work for healing. He's a certified yoga and meditation teacher, specializing in Ashtanga (Goa, India, 2020) and Hatha (Bali, 2023). Delving into yoga's philosophical aspects and meditation accelerated his journey. He furthered his studies in Ayurveda and trauma under Peter Crone. Jack's mission is to identify root causes of physical symptoms, facilitating inner healing and vitality. He also helps individuals unlock their potential by addressing limiting beliefs. We are a nonprofit community, and our school is supported by teachers who give their classes for free.
