Loving Kindness, or Metta Meditation, is an ancient meditation practice designed to cultivate compassion, kindness, and genuine goodwill—toward yourself, loved ones, strangers, and ultimately all beings. Unlike meditation practices that focus only on silence or concentration, Metta invites you to actively nurture positive emotional states through guided reflection, intention, and awareness. During this 75-minute session, you’ll be gently guided through meditation practices, breath awareness, and contemplative exercises that encourage the softening of inner criticism, emotional tension, and mental restlessness. Over time, Loving Kindness Meditation may help support emotional resilience, reduce stress, deepen self-acceptance, and foster a greater sense of connection with yourself and the world around you. This practice can be especially supportive for those experiencing overwhelm, seeking more inner peace, or simply wishing to develop a kinder and more compassionate relationship with themselves. Held in the evening, this session offers a space to slow down, turn inward, and reset after the day. No prior meditation experience is needed—beginners are warmly welcome.
