In the lush, heart-centered energy of Ubud, join us for a three-hour immersion where you connect with the ancient cacao plant medicine and the modern body. The journey begins with the cacao ceremony, led by Liddy who hosts regular cacao circles in Bali. We honour cacao as a sacred plant medicine, not as a superfood, but as a medicine for emotional opening and deep presence with ourselves and the earth. We drink, we meditate, we reflect and we allow the medicine to gently dissolve the barriers around our hearts. Once the heart is open, we transition into Inside Flow with Scarlett who is a certified yoga instructor who cares about philosophy more than just asanas. In this unique practice, the music is the architect of the movement. Every breath is synced to a beat; every sequence is a physical manifestation of an emotion. As the cacao flows through your system, your body finds its own rhythm, turning yoga into a moving meditation where the "how" matters less than the "feeling." We conclude in the stillness of reflection, grounding the energy we’ve stirred and integrating the insights discovered. Liddy and Scarlett work together for the intention of the same reason people come here: to come home to themselves. To reconnect. To be in a place where consciousness is not an exception but a part of everyday life. They recognised a shared frequency in the work they carry, and they wanted to offer a sanctuary where the body can speak and the heart can finally soften.
