INTŪ Connection is a journey into the heart of presence — offering an experience of what it means to truly connect: to self, to spirit, to the land beneath your feet, and to the souls walking this path beside you. The first half of the class invites you into gentle energetic attunement, guided through breath, shamanic drumming and connection, opening the body and awaken the inner compass. We feel the resonance, Mama Bali, and the unseen rhythms of life that move through all of us. The second half is a deeply restful Yoga Nidra journey, designed to guide your awareness inward, activating subconscious healing and energetic realignment through stillness. *No experience is required. Simply bring your presence, your curiosity and your willingness to be guided home* About Teacher: A certified yoga teacher, subconscious mind therapist, and multidisciplinary facilitator devoted to the art of transformation. Rooted in both scientific and sacred lineages, her work is a synthesis of neuroplasticity, somatic integration and energy work. She is formally certified in advanced subconscious mind reprogramming through the European institute of hypnotherapy, and she hold 250HR Yoga alliance teaching certification. We are a nonprofit community, and our school is supported by teachers who give their classes for free.
