✨Free Community Class✨💚💖 About the class: This is NOT a traditional yoga class. Through a unique, immersive experience, we will explore asanas and inversion postures that go beyond physical alignment. In this session, you’ll dive deep into the world of emotional release, discovering the power of inversions to unlock inner knowledge and dissolve emotional blockages. This journey is for you if you want to Learn to master headstands and inversion postures safely, Release limiting emotions and connect more deeply with your inner self. Benefits: - Emotional Release & Co-Regulation. You’re not meant to carry it all alone. In every class, you release what’s been stuck — anger, fear, sadness, joy — while being held in a group that breathes and moves with you. Our nervous systems sync, and suddenly healing feels lighter, easier, more open. - Strength that Builds Confidence. Inversions aren’t just about muscles. They’re about trust — in your body, your balance, and in yourself. We use these postures as metaphors: finding balance upside down reminds you that balance inside is always possible too. - Challenge Your Perspective. Sometimes the best way to see yourself differently is literally to flip upside down. These classes invite you to shift your perspective — to discover new angles, new feelings, and the freedom that comes when strength and vulnerability exist in the same breath. Contradictions: If you have high blood pressure, heart issues, glaucoma, a recent neck​/​spine injury, or if you’re pregnant, please check with your doctor first. *Some of our healing classes can provoke strong release and we ask that if you have any pre-existing health issues you must consult the teacher before the class if this is suitable for you. About the teacher: Gi has dedicated years to her yoga practice and journey as a teacher. With certifications in Vinyasa Yoga (200h), Rocket Yoga (50h), and as a certified somatic therapist and dating coach, Gi has discovered that much of the outer world shifts when the feminine and masculine energies work together in a harmonious dance. When we align our internal energies, the external world aligns with the internal, allowing us to witness truly wonderful transformations. We are a nonprofit community, and our school is supported by teachers who give their classes for free.
